Swiss Ball chest fly:
If you were to do this exercise on a bench you would be only working the arms and chest. By replacing with a swiss ball it encourages other muscles in your body to work. So here we are working: arms/chest/abs and lower body all in one. |
Lunge and shoulder press:
Two exercises in one. Lunges are a great way to tone the lower body and get great results. Adding the dumbbells to the exercise helps us work the shoulder and upper back at the same time! |
